Supporting innovation in schools: Labiotest donates a digital microscope to the Arturo Malignani Institute

This initiative is part of the Gruppo Luci companies' project in collaboration with local institutions

Labiotest is strengthening its commitment to student support through a significant investment: the donation of a digital microscope to the Arturo Malignani Institute in Udine, a tangible sign of the collaboration between the companies of the Gruppo Luci and local educational institutions.

The recent inauguration of the binocular digital microscope, equipped with a 1000x camera, is part of this synergy, aiming to enhance educational activities with cutting-edge tools.

The event was attended by Adriano Luci, president of the Gruppo Luci, and Oliviero Barbieri, the school principal, who jointly participated in the ribbon-cutting ceremony. The enthusiasm of the teachers and students from the 4^CBAA and 4^CBAB classes of the Chemistry, Materials, and Biotechnologies Section was a testament to their interest in new technologies applied to chemistry.

Along with their teachers, the students explored the capabilities of the donated microscope, which enables not only detailed observation of the study samples but also the capture of high-resolution images and videos for further analysis.

The passion with which the students approached the new tool, showing a deep interest in chemistry, was evident and appreciated by all attendees.

President Luci, particularly impressed, stated: "Passion is the foundation of everything. Commitment and study are essential, but without passion, you won't get far. You must believe in it and you will soar high. Today you have shown me this. This school is an excellent launchpad that has trained most of the entrepreneurs in Friuli, people who are visionary and incredibly passionate about their work."

The principal and teachers expressed gratitude for the ongoing support of the Luci Group, which significantly contributes to education and professional training.

The event further solidifies the collaboration between the Malignani Institute and the Gruppo Luci, also highlighted by the "Greening Education" agreement: a joint project that aims to equip new generations with the skills necessary to tackle environmental and sustainability challenges. This agreement is an exemplary instance that underscores the importance of the link between the educational world and the business sector in creating new growth opportunities for young people and development for businesses.
